je7 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

The je7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. je7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any remaining balance returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to identity verification.

The je7 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. je7 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. If you access the Platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

By using the je7 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party without their full knowledge and consent, and that all information you provide during registration and subsequent use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the je7 Platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, je7 reserves the right to close all accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. Genuine balances may be returned at je7's discretion following full identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. je7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify je7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. je7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are published in the Platform's payments section. je7 reserves the right to decline deposits that cannot be verified or that appear to originate from suspicious sources.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. je7 aims to process withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may occasionally be affected by payment gateway delays or pending KYC verification. je7 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

je7 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. je7 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Users must not use the Platform to facilitate or conceal unlawful financial activity of any kind.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the je7 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rules. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms. je7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other users, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, or any other method that je7 determines to be abusive, will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from that bonus, and may result in permanent account closure.

Users who wish to self-exclude permanently may contact je7 support to have their account permanently closed. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

Users must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; or exploiting system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any confirmed fraud will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in many jurisdictions. je7 actively monitors for irregular betting patterns and cooperates fully with relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities where such activity is identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. je7's total liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

je7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, je7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between je7 and users regarding account matters, disputes, and formal notices will be conducted in English.
